Join Cindy for this deeply restorative 75-minute journey that combines the ancient practices of pranayama (breathwork) and yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to promote profound healing and rejuvenation. Through guided breathing techniques and a systematic body-mind relaxation practice, you'll release tension, calm the nervous system, and access your body's natural healing capacity. Moonlight Flow @ Moon Yoga
Cindy applies Hatha-style, breath-based movement to Moon Yoga’s “Yin-Yasa” class. The first half of the class we move through a modified slow flow. The last half of class we save for your wind down, yin poses. Long deep yin poses bring us restoration and relaxation. These poses allow opening of the connective tissue in a passive peaceful way. We will be utilizing props. All levels welcome. As always, options are offered to meet you wherever you are that day.
